It wasn’t so long ago that we at Beyond Nourished found ourselves being held back by bad habits. We felt clouded by the things we ate and knew a change was necessary. Today, it is our goal to bring you out of the dark and into the light – because we know from experience that it is better to be brighter! Our team understands the importance of eating well first-hand – and we also realize that changing one’s diet isn’t always easy. Together, we can take the fear and frustration out of better nutrition. Above all, Beyond Nourished seeks to help clients feel their best, liver their best, and thrive in abundance.

- Home Meal Delivery Program: Amazing meals prepared by a team of Holistic Nutritionists and Chefs (for delivery or pick up). Contact us to get your custom quote. Every client has unique needs and we bend over backwards to make your life easier and more nutritious.
- Our Nutrition Overhaul Program: This is cutting edge, fun, and educational 12 week experience. Based on your goals we create a weekly "home-work" based program for you and hold you accountable through the 3 months. It is the coolest way to revamp your life and the results done lie...This program ROCKS!
- Individual Nutrition & Wellness Coaching: Let’s talk! We offer one-on-one coaching sessions, either in person or via Skype, phone or email.

What We Do
A better question is, what don’t we do? At Beyond Nourished, we stop at nothing when it comes to enhancing wellness. Our aim is to provide nutritional education through a variety of disciplines, anywhere and everywhere we can. From corporate meal service, at home meal delivery to 12 week nutrition overhaul programs, we teach, inspire and empower individuals to become active participants in their own health. Most folks have fallen off the path of dietary righteousness at some point in our lives; and we at Beyond Nourished are committed to help get you back on track. Together, we’ll tackle anything that ails you: weight gain, allergies, sleeping troubles, health risks, chronic disease…you name it, and we will help coach you through it.
How We Got Started
Rachelle Girardin founded Beyond Nourished in 2011 with the goal of getting nutritious food to the masses. She is inspired to raise peoples’ awareness of the importance of nutrition, and to carry her message to cities and towns near and far. Rachelle’s passion for travel made it easy for her to get vision of a mobile wellness company off the ground; and today, Beyond Nourished brings high quality meals, compassionate advice, dietary balance and improved vitality to your doorstep.
