Rachelle Girardin – Founder and Holistic Nutritionist

Rachelle draws upon a diverse background in customer and food service. Prior to Beyond Nourished, Rachelle worked at Organic Lives in Vancouver, as a Holistic Nutritionist and Customer Service Representative. Rachelle’s education includes receiving her diploma in Holistic Nutrition from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver as well as obtaining her 200-hour certification in Yoga from The Yandara Yoga Academy in Baja, Mexico.

Chloe is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Natural Food Chef and a passionate writer and food blogger. The name behind the business Chloe’s Countertop; specifically, Chloe works with clients in leading them on a journey to rediscover a conscious love for food and themselves that she believes, was always truly there.

Jen Walker

Jen’s passion for nutrition stems from overcoming her own struggles with severe anxiety, digestive issues, extreme fatigue and disordered eating through transitioning to a diet centered on plant-based whole foods. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Jen’s definition of health lies not only in nourishing ourselves through the food we eat, but also by moving our bodies every day, the rest we get, and the people we surround ourselves with on a daily basis.
