"It wasn't just about getting back to a healthy weight for me. It was about improving my relationship with my body, food and with life. But I have to admit that when I stepped on the scale this morning, I could not believe that I am down 19 pounds after only 2 months of implementation. It is amazing! I’ve learnt how to eat in a way that feels nourishing rather than depriving. I’ve been eating delicious food, never missing anything, occasionally having my little treats. I can still not wrap my head around that this is possible! And I haven't even started to be on my bike yet, which will happen once my knee injury is healed.
