Lauren graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Her passion lies behind helping others build a beautiful relationship with food so they love what they eat, and how it makes them feel. Lauren is an advocate for whole food, nutrient dense ingredients, and living diet-label free. She is a private holistic chef and has cooked for women's retreats, private events, and events around the globe.
She is Rachelle’s right hand lady and the sweetest human on the planet.
As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Dana has seen many people struggle time and time again to make positive health and wellness changes. Through her education at the University of British Columbia, and many years of self-study, Dana became inspired to help people understand how to change their daily habits and incorporate healthy practices such as: nutritious eating, daily movement and meditation into their lives.
She wants to show people how to make healthy eating accessible, approachable, and easy -- and definitely not boring! Her favourite way to cook? Inviting friends over to cook together, blasting music and having a dinner/dance party. When Dana's not helping the Beyond Nourished team with Communications, you’ll find her assisting the team in the kitchen or at events. Say hello!
