Lauren is an advocate for whole food, nutrient dense ingredients, and living diet-label free. She has cooked for women's retreats, private events, and events around the globe.
Dana is a private chef, nutritionist and cooks for clients in Vancouver, while running daily operations of Beyond Nourished with Rachelle.
Marcy is a chef and nutritionist who went the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver. She took her passion for holistic cooking, recipe creating, and skin health to Calgary, Alberta where she now happily lives. Marcy believes in nourishing your body through nutrient-dense foods, a vibrant & active lifestyle, and stress-free environment. She cooks delicious holistic meals in Calgary.

Jill is a chef with almost ten years of experience, who trained at Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, and is experienced in various realms of cooking and baking, and catering to clienteles' specific dietary needs. She loves creating delicious, nourishing food that leaves people happy and feeling their best. Jill is also a personal trainer and is passionate about helping others with their health, fitness, and wellness goals while maintaining life balance.
Mim is a registered holistic nutritionist, personal chef, and urban farmer based out of Vancouver. She is passionate about bringing the joy of eating back to those struggling with health concerns, digestive discomfort, and dietary restrictions. She is an advocate for whole, seasonal ingredients grown, harvested, and prepared with love and care.
