Rachelle is a Holistic Nutritionist with a natural talent for being efficient in the kitchen. Her career has taken her around the world as a Private Chef and Holistic Food Educator, while also building Beyond Nourished (now Current BN) in Vancouver, BC. The Fraser Street location has been home since 2020.
Married and a mom of two, Rachelle is entering a new chapter. In early 2026, she and her family will be relocating to Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. Alongside her husband, she also co-founded Island Cart Co., a mobile charcuterie cart business.
After a six-month sabbatical and maternity leave exploring Asia and Mexico, Rachelle returned with a refreshed perspective on entrepreneurship and is now intentionally seeking her next ideal clients on Vancouver Island.
Rachelle is best known for making healthy food easy, efficient, and genuinely delicious—proving you don’t have to sacrifice flavour or your time to eat well.
