Prepped to Cook: When it comes to fish (and sometimes meat and chicken), we typically prepare the protein with a marinade and leave it for the client to cook. This way the food stays super fresh and doesn't dry out. How does that sound?

We ask that you please choose your menu at least two days before your service day. If you miss the deadline, your chef will choose a delicious menu based on your preferences.

If you need to pause or make changes to your service schedule, we ask for a full week's notice. Cancellations within this one week window will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

If you need to pause your service, we will do our best to keep your spot, however there are no guarantees. It is also your responsibility to return our containers before your time off, or arrange for us to pick them up for $35. A $60 replacement fee will be charged if no arrangements are made.
